(Part 1)

The feeling of fall is in the air, fields look good, and interest in hunting has begun. Time to get that dog off the couch and conditioned for hunting, your four-legged friend will want to come too! We are making preparations for opening weekend, September 1, 2018. We have held our bird prices from last year, and will again offer pre-buy for those who wish to take advantage of great prices.

The Members Only Dog Trial in March turned out well with temperatures in the low 40's with about a foot of snow. In the Pointer division; 1st Jason Heitzman with Blaze, 2nd Lance Olson and Vinny, and 3rd Terry Hagstrom and Ginger. For the flusher division; 1st Richard Anderson with Malibu, 2nd Rick Anderson and Aspen, and 3rd went to Mike Murray with Rocket. Congratulations to all our winners.

The individual membership will be $350.00 plus tax ($375.81). The membership includes; 4 mixed pheasants, 10% off shells, $1.00 off regular price per bird, the chance to win 50 mixed pheasants, use of the cleaning area, 1 round of trap, scratch birds at a reduced rate of $15.00 per rooster and $10.00 per hen. For the corporate membership at $900.00 plus sales tax ($968.750), you also receive $1.00 per bird off regular price and 10% off shells. The corporate member will also receive 12 mixed pheasants, scratch birds at a reduced price, use of the cleaning area, 4 rounds of trap, and catering is available for an additional charge.
